At Shirts Happen, every order is custom-made specifically for you. Because production begins shortly after artwork approval and payment, cancellations are handled according to the stage of your order.

Before Production Begins

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

If your order is canceled before artwork has been created or apparel has been ordered, any payments made will be refunded in full.

After Artwork or Apparel Has Been Ordered

If artwork has already been created or apparel has been specially ordered, cancellation fees may apply to cover design time, materials, or supplier restocking charges.

Any remaining balance of your deposit, after applicable charges, will be refunded.

After Production Begins

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled. At this stage, garments have been customized specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

Need to Make Changes?

If you need to change quantities, sizes, colors, or artwork, please contact me as soon as possible.

Changes may be possible before production begins but cannot be guaranteed once apparel has been ordered or printing has started.
