Because every order from Shirts Happen is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final.

Production Errors

If your order contains a production error or printing defect caused by Shirts Happen, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order. If the issue is determined to be the result of a production error, I will repair, replace, or reprint the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

Customer-Supplied Apparel

While every effort is made to produce excellent results, Shirts Happen cannot replace or reimburse customer-supplied garments that are damaged during the decoration process. Please review the Customer-Supplied Apparel Policy for additional information.
