General

Do you have a minimum order?

No. Whether you need a single shirt or several hundred, I'd be happy to provide a quote. Some products or printing methods may have minimum quantities, and I'll discuss those with you before your order is placed.

Can you rush my order?

Possibly! If you have a deadline, let me know when requesting your quote. I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.

How long does an order take?

Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days after artwork approval and receipt of the required deposit. Larger orders or specialty garments may require additional time.

Apparel

What brands do you offer?

Shirts Happen proudly offers quality Gildan apparel, including T-shirts, hoodies, long sleeve shirts, youth apparel, and high-visibility workwear. Additional products may be available upon request.

Can I provide my own shirts?

Yes. Customer-supplied apparel is accepted; however, because I cannot verify the quality or compatibility of garments purchased elsewhere, customer-supplied items are decorated at the customer's own risk. Please see the Customer-Supplied Apparel section of the Ordering Policies for complete details.

Do you offer polos, hats, or embroidery?

Not at this time. My current focus is providing high-quality custom apparel using DTF printing. As Shirts Happen grows, additional products and decoration methods may be added.

Artwork & Design

I don't have a design. Can you help?

Absolutely! Whether you have a rough idea, a sketch, or just an idea in your head, I can help create artwork for your project.

What file types do you accept?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF) are preferred, but I can also work with high-resolution PNG and JPEG files. If you're unsure whether your artwork is suitable for printing, send it over and I'll be happy to take a look.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. When applicable, you'll receive a digital proof for approval before production begins.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

The easiest way to get started is by completing the Request a Quote form. Tell me about your project, and I'll prepare a personalized quote based on your needs.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due before your order is delivered or shipped.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Changes may be possible before production begins. Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship?

Yes! Orders can be shipped anywhere within the United States.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. Free delivery is available within Paulding County, Georgia. Delivery throughout Metro Atlanta is available for an additional fee. Customers may also arrange pickup at a mutually agreed-upon public location in or near Dallas, Georgia.

Can I return my custom apparel?

Because every order is custom-made, all sales are final. If there's a production error or issue caused by Shirts Happen, I'll make it right by repairing, replacing, or reprinting the affected item whenever appropriate.
