Thank you for choosing Shirts Happen! My goal is to make ordering custom apparel as simple and stress-free as possible. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Quotes & Orders

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Production begins only after artwork has been approved and deposit has been completed.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required before production begins on all custom apparel orders.

The remaining balance is due before your order is shipped or delivered.

Production will not begin until the required deposit has been received, and completed orders will not be released until the balance has been paid in full.

Accepted payment methods will be outlined with your quote or invoice.

Artwork Approval

When applicable, you’ll receive an artwork proof before production begins.

Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and design details. Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible, and Shirts Happen cannot be responsible for errors that appeared on the approved proof.

Customers are welcome to provide print-ready artwork or request custom design assistance.

Minor artwork adjustments may be included at no additional charge. More extensive design work or artwork recreation may incur an additional design fee, which will always be discussed and approved before work begins.

Final artwork will be provided for approval before production begins.

Copyright & Trademark Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for printing.

By placing an order, you confirm that you own the artwork or have obtained all necessary permissions to reproduce it.

Shirts Happen reserves the right to decline any order that appears to violate copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual property laws.

Customer-Supplied Apparel

While I recommend decorating apparel purchased through my trusted suppliers, I understand you may wish to provide your own garments.

Because I cannot verify the quality, fabric content, or condition of customer-supplied apparel, Shirts Happen cannot guarantee the results or accept responsibility for garments that are damaged, misprinted, stained, shrink, or otherwise affected during the decoration process.

Customer-supplied garments cannot be replaced or reimbursed if a production error occurs.

For larger orders, I strongly recommend decorating a single sample garment before completing the full order.

Production Times

Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Need your order sooner? Let me know when requesting your quote. Rush production may be available depending on scheduling and garment availability.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

If artwork has already been created or garments have been specially ordered, cancellation fees may apply to cover design time, materials, or supplier restocking charges.

Color & Print Variations

Every effort is made to accurately represent garment and ink colors.

However, colors may vary slightly due to:

Computer and mobile screen settings
Garment dye lots
Printing methods
Lighting conditions

Minor variations are a normal part of the custom printing process.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Orders may be shipped throughout the United States or picked up locally in Dallas, Georgia.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates will be included with your quote.

Customers choosing local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Unclaimed Orders

Completed orders should be picked up within 90 days of notification.

Orders not picked up within 90 days may be donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of after reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Shirts Happen’s liability is limited to the value of the products and services purchased.

Shirts Happen is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or other losses resulting from the use of custom apparel or related services.
