Shirts Happen is an apparel printing company and does not provide graphic design, logo creation, or artwork recreation services. Customers are responsible for providing completed, print-ready artwork for their order.

Artwork should be supplied as a high-quality, high-resolution file suitable for apparel printing. Vector artwork is preferred whenever available.

AI-generated images, mockups, screenshots, photographs of existing apparel, and low-resolution images are not considered print-ready artwork. AI-generated graphics in particular may contain distorted details, inconsistent lettering, artifacts, or other issues that may not be obvious on screen but can become visible when enlarged and printed.

Shirts Happen will make reasonable efforts to identify obvious artwork-quality concerns before production. However, the customer is responsible for the quality and accuracy of all submitted artwork. Shirts Happen is not responsible for poor print quality, distortion, pixelation, artifacts, incorrect details, or other issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

If submitted artwork is not suitable for production, the customer will be asked to provide a corrected or professionally prepared file before the order can proceed.

Basic production adjustments such as sizing and placement are included as part of the printing process. These adjustments do not include redesigning, recreating, correcting, or altering the original artwork.
